Xinder, Hmm, must be because it's a really skeletal OS with nothing much besides the Chrome browser and a bunch of offline apps. Still though it's the best you can get for the price especially with its battery endurance and exceptional web browsing capability.

I would be happy to recommend you a Windows laptop but at $200 we're approaching used/refurbished territory here. Most decent Windows machines start at $250-300.

Looked at retailers and this seems to be a viable option:

Xinder, How about a Chromebook? It's around $200 and it gets the job done with ChromeOS for your web browsing needs. The Acer C720 should fit the bill:
