I know, I know it's mostly dead but this has been annoying me for some time now. I keep on hearing BS about Soccer Moms or Parents whining and bitching to Hasbro, the Hub, and the writers of the show. Now before I'm hanged let me point out some errors in that assumption.

1.Assuming that average people know an obscure definition of "Derp"-Ok we say that Derp doesn't mean "retarded" and most definitions back that up. So assuming that parents would know and RECOGNIZE the word is somewhat stupid, which leads into my next point.

2.Having the time to whine and bitch about a brief line which called Derpy "Derpy"-Ok I don't know about you guys but from what I see my mom do she's busy the moment she wakes up to the moment she goes to sleep. Saying that parents have the time to email the Hub/Hasbro/whatever about one line is really somewhat ridiculous.
